Physical exercise is essential for good health. No one can lead a healthy life without physical exercise. Actually, regular movement of body organs is called physical exercise. There are different types of physical exercise. Physical exercise keeps the mind good as well as the body. Walking, swimming, running, riding bicycles and rickshaws, and doing any work are mentionable physical exercises. It strengthens and activates the body, keeps disease disease-free, improves digestion, refreshes the mind, prevents heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity, and increases sex appeal. But in the digital age, people have become dependent on information technology. As a result, various serious diseases attack the body along with weight gain. And, because of this deadly disease, many people die of stroke and heart attack every day. However, everyone should do regular physical exercise to live healthy. But none should do excessive physical exercise. Just as regular physical exercise keeps the body healthy, excessive physical exercise makes the body sick. So we all should follow the proper rules of physical exercise. In fact, there is no substitute for physical exercise for a healthy body and a healthy mind.
