Good morning, sir.
Doctor:

Ashik: May I come in sir?
Doctor: Sure, come in. Sit down
Ashik: Thank you, sir.
Doctor: What's your name?
Ashik: My name is Ashik.
Doctor: How old are you?
Ashik: I am twenty-two years old.
Doctor: What's your problem?
Ashik: I have been suffering from a headache for three days. My neck veins are also
very painful.
Doctor: Lie down on that bed.
Ashik: OK sir.
Doctor: Roll up the right sleeve of your shirt.
Ashik: I have rolled up my right sleeve, sir.
Doctor: Your pressure is a little high. 140/90.
Ashik: Then the problem sir?
Doctor: No. Your headache will be cured if you take the medicine properly for a
week. Get up and sit on the chair.
Ashik: OK sir.
Doctor: Is your head spinning?
Ashik: No sir. Just a headache.
Doctor: No problem. Everything will be good within a week. No more
headaches.
Ashik: Thank you, sir.
Doctor: I am prescribing some medicines for you. Take all the medicines properly
for a week. If you don't take the medicines properly for a week, it will
not cure the headache.
Ashik: I must take the medicines properly for a week.
Doctor: Here's your prescription. You can go now.
Ashik: Thank you, sir.
Doctor: Welcome.
