Globalization Paragraph
Globalization is a modern process of
expanding trade and commerce around the world. Its main contribution is
the borderless market. With the development of information technology, the
world's countries have come closer to each other. Now what is happening in any
part of the world is known within a short time. However, globalization has
created many opportunities for distance learning. Besides, only for
globalization, it is now possible to travel to any country in the world very
quickly. One of the greatest consequences of globalization is that the
countries of the world have become a global village. Now they are like families
in a village. Just as when someone calls anyone in one corner of a village, the
people of the other corner can hear or respond, so any country in the world can
immediately respond to the call of another country. Not only this,
globalization has created many employment opportunities for a large
population. New additions like mobile phones, computers, e-mail, faxes,
internet and satellite have come to the world of technology. However,
globalization has many negative effects. Due to
globalization, deforestation is causing indiscriminately and the climate
is changing drastically worldwide. Besides, taking advantage of globalization,
capitalist countries are competing for exploitation. Basically, they are
exploiting the cheap labor of poor countries. However, the hope is that
globalization has created mutual understanding and cooperation between the rich
and the poor countries. So, despite having some negative effects, globalization
is a blessing for the present world.
