Classification of non finite verb

Non finite Verb কাকে বলে?
যে Verb বাক্যের অর্থ পরিপূর্ণ রূপে প্রকাশ করে না কিংবা বাক্যের অর্থ অসমাপ্ত রাখে তাকে Non finite verb বা অসমাপিকা ক্রিয়া বলে।
যেমন:
1. Akash saw the girl dancing.
এখানে dancing non finite verb.
2. Walking is a good exercise

Non Finite Verb কত প্রকার ও কি কি?
Three types of non finite verb
সাধারণত Non finite verb কে তিন ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়।
যথা:
1. Gerund
2. Participle
3. Infinitive
Gerund কাকে বলে?
Verb এর শেষে ing যুক্ত হয়ে যদি একই সাথে Verb ও Noun এর কাজ করে তাকে Gerund (Verb+ing) বলে।
যেমন:
1. Smoking is injurious to
health.
2. I like shopping.
Participle কাকে বলে?
Verb এর সাথে ing যুক্ত হয়ে বা verb এর Past participate form/V3 বা Having +V3 যদি একই সাথে Verb ও Adjective এর কাজ করে তাকে Participle (Verb+ing) বলে।
যেমন:
1. I like my reading room.
2. My dressing room is ultramodern.
Infinitive কাকে বলে?
To যুক্ত Verb কে Infinitive (to+V1) বলে। কখনও কখনও বাক্যের মধ্যে to উহ্য থাকে। তখন তাকে bare Infinitive বলে।
যেমন:
1. I want to become a
doctor.
2. He decided to go.
Participle কত প্রকার ও কি কি?
মূলত Participle কে তিন ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়।
যথা:
1. Present participle
2. Past participle
3. Perfect participle
Present participle কাকে বলে?
Verb এর সাথে ing যুক্ত হয়ে যদি একই সাথে Verb ও Adjective এর কাজ করে তাকে Present participle বলে।
যেমন:
1. I found a dancing girl.
2. I saw a running train.

Verb এর Past participle form/V3 যদি একই সাথে Verb ও Adjective এর কাজ করে তাকে Past participle বলে।

Having+V3 যদি একই সাথে Verb ও Adjective এর কাজ করে তাকে Perfect participle বলে।

1. Having done the work, the

Difference between finite and non finite verb
Finite and non finite verb এর মধ্যে প্রধান পার্থক্য হল Finite verb দ্বারা বাক্যের অর্থ সম্পূর্ণরূপে শেষ হয়। অন্যদিকে, Non finite verb দ্বারা বাক্যের অর্থ সম্পূর্ণরূপে শেষ হয় না। এছাড়া বাক্যের মধ্যে Finite verb টি Present form/V1 এ থাকে অথবা verb এর সাথে s/es যুক্ত থাকে অথবা verb টি Past form/V2 তে থাকে অথবা verb এর পূর্বে Auxiliary/to be verb থাকে অথবা Having + V3 থাকে। অন্যদিকে, বাক্যের মধ্যে Non finite verb টি Auxiliary/to be ছাড়া ing যুক্ত থাকে অথবা Auxiliary/to be ছাড়া verb টি Past participle form/V3 তে থাকে অথবা verb এর পূর্বে to যুক্ত থাকে।
Nonfinite verb কিভাবে বের করব?

Nonfinite verb চেনার উপায় হল:
- Auxiliary verb ছাড়া মূল verb এর সাথে ing যুক্ত থাকে।
- Auxiliary verb ছাড়া মূল verb টি V3 থাকে।
- Having+V3 থাকে।
- To+V1 থাকে।
