A tea stall is a small shop where prepared tea is sold. It is found in cities, towns, markets, railway stations, bus stands and even at the turning points of the villages. Usually, a tea shop sells cakes, biscuits, bread, bananas, cigarettes and betel leaf along with tea. There are a few chairs, tables and benches in a tea stall. Often every tea stall has one or two boys who serve tea to the customers. A tea stall manager sits behind the cash box and collects money from the customers. Generally, most of the tea stalls are dirty. A kettle on a burning stove is a common sight of a tea stall. Usually, a tea stall opens early in the morning and closes late at night. Basically, a tea stall is a popular place. People of different ages, groups and professions come here to take tea. They take tea and storm in a teacup. Basically, a tea stall is like the parliament house of village politics. Here people discuss various topics with one another. They also discuss village politics, national and international politics and current affairs. In fact, a tea stall is an important place for social gatherings.

Tea is a popular drink for all types of people. So, a tea stall is a popular and well-known stall to all. It is a small shop where tea is prepared and served to the customers. It is found both in urban and rural areas especially at the bus stand, railway station, market, turning point of the road and in front of an office. Generally, it opens early in the morning and closes late at night. There are some chairs, tables and benches for the customers in a tea stall. In many tea stalls, there are also TVs for enjoyment. Tea, coffee, betel leaf, cake, biscuits, cigarettes, bananas and so on are available in a tea stall. Here one or two boys serve tea and necessary things to the customers. There is a manager in a tea stall who sits behind the cash box and collects money from the customers. Actually, a tea stall is a talking center about politics, sports, and social affairs. The customers take tea, refresh themselves and talk to one another regarding national and international politics. Sometimes, they raise a storm in a teacup. It seems that a tea stall is a suitable place for exercising village politics. Different types of people spend their leisure time in a tea stall. In fact, a tea stall is a gathering and crowded place for all classes of people.
