First, take my cordial love. I hope that you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I received your letter last evening. In the letter, you wanted to know about describing the annual prize-giving ceremony of our school. So, today I am writing to you about this. The prize-giving ceremony of our school was held yesterday in the school compound. We decorated the school building very beautifully. The function began just at 10 AM with the recitation from the Holy Quran. The U.N.O was the chief guest at the function. First, the Headmaster read out his annual report. Then the main ceremony began. The Headmaster called each recipient by name and the chief guest gave away the prizes and shook him by the hands. I took part in some events and got two prizes. When the formal meeting was over, we staged a short drama to entertain the guests which was highly appreciated by the audience. After the function was over, the Headmaster thanked the chief guest for coming to the function.

প্রথমে আমার আন্তরিক ভালবাসা নিও। আশা করি মহান আল্লাহর রহমতে তুমি ভালো আছো। গত সন্ধ্যায় আমি তোমার চিঠি পেয়েছি। চিঠিতে তুমি আমাদের স্কুলের বার্ষিক পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠানের বর্ণনা জানতে চেয়েছো। তাই, আজ আমি তোমাকে এই বিষয়ে লিখছি। আমাদের স্কুলের পুরষ্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান গতকাল স্কুল প্রাঙ্গণে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল। আমরা স্কুল ভবনটি খুব সুন্দর করে সাজিয়েছিলাম। সকাল ১০টায় পবিত্র কোরআন তেলাওয়াতের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়েছিল। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন ইউএনও ড সাহেব। প্রথমে প্রধান শিক্ষক তার বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন পাঠ করেন। এরপর শুরু হয় মূল অনুষ্ঠান। প্রধান শিক্ষক প্রত্যেক বিজয়ীর নাম ধরে ডেকেছিলন এবং প্রধান অতিথি পুরস্কার তুলে দিয়েছিলেন এবং হাতে হাত দিয়েছিলেন। আমি কিছু ইভেন্টে অংশ নিয়েছিলাম এবং দুটি পুরস্কার পেয়েছিলাম। আনুষ্ঠানিক সভা শেষ হলে, আমরা অতিথিদের আপ্যায়ন করার জন্য একটি ছোট নাটক মঞ্চস্থ করেছিলাম যা দর্শকদের দ্বারা অত্যন্ত প্রশংসিত হয়েছিল। অনুষ্ঠান শেষে প্রধান শিক্ষক প্রধান অতিথিকে অনুষ্ঠানে আসার জন্য ধন্যবাদ জানান।
