We draw your kind attention to an important matter that our locality has recently been affected by a devastating flood. This flood has affected many people. Many families have been displaced due to the flood. As a result, they are suffering a lot. They are also struggling to cope with the flood damage. But they are helpless now. We are deeply concerned about the plight of these flood victims. They need immediate help to rebuild their lives. Therefore, we request you to take the necessary steps on behalf of our school/college to distribute essential relief goods including dry food items, clean drinking water, clothes, blankets and basic hygiene products among the flood victims. We believe our collective efforts will ease the suffering of those flood victims.
We, therefore, pray and
hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps for distributing
relief goods for flood victims and oblige thereby.

যথাযথ সম্মান পূর্বক বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে আমরা আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের শিক্ষার্থীবৃন্দ। আমরা একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে আপনার সদয় দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি যে আমাদের এলাকাটি সম্প্রতি একটি বিধ্বংসী বন্যায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে। এই বন্যা বহু মানুষকে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করেছে। বন্যার কারণে বহু পরিবার বাস্তুচ্যুত হয়েছে। ফলে তাদের চরম ভোগান্তি পোহাতে হচ্ছে। বন্যার ক্ষতি সামাল দিতে তারা হিমশিম খাচ্ছে। কিন্তু তারা এখন অসহায়। এসব বন্যার্তদের দুর্দশা নিয়ে আমরা গভীরভাবে উদ্বিগ্ন। তাদের জীবন পুনর্গঠনের জন্য অবিলম্বে সাহায্য প্রয়োজন। তাই বন্যার্তদের মধ্যে শুকনো খাবার আইটেম, বিশুদ্ধ পানীয় জল, কাপড়, কম্বল এবং মৌলিক স্বাস্থ্যবিধি পণ্য সহ প্রয়োজনীয় ত্রাণ সামগ্রী বিতরণের জন্য আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজের পক্ষ থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে আমরা আপনাকে অনুরোধ করছি। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি আমাদের সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা বন্যার্তদের কষ্ট লাঘব করবে।
