Answer:
Salim: Have you ever lived in a village?
Alim: Yes, I grew up in a small village.
Where did you grow up?
Salim: I grew up in the city only. What advantages and disadvantages were there in the village?
Alim: There were not as many advantages in
rural life as in city life. It was a different lifestyle. Village
people were slow and everyone knew one another well. They were very close
to each other.
Salim: Yes, I believe that there are many
advantages in city life from village life. But village people are more
sincere than city people.
Alim: It is true. The village people
stand by each other in danger. They have to live in harmony with
nature. The air here is fresh and pure. And the environment is free from
pollution here. There is green and green nature all around. Wherever you look
at the village, you will see the beauty of nature.
Salim: That's a good
point. Everything in the city is easily available, but there is pollution
all around. Besides, there is the smell of rotten drains in residential areas.
Alim: Exactly. In villages, we don't
have to face water pollution, air pollution and noise pollution

সেলিম: আমি শহরেই বড় হয়েছি। গ্রামে কি কি সুবিধা-অসুবিধা
ছিল?
আলিম: শহরের জীবনের মতো গ্রামীণ জীবনে ততটা সুবিধা ছিল না। এটি একটি ভিন্ন জীবনধারা ছিল। গ্রামের লোকেরা ধীর গতির ছিল এবং সবাই একে অপরকে ভালভাবে চিনত। তারা একে অপরের খুব কাছাকাছি ছিল।
সেলিম: হ্যাঁ,আমি বিশ্বাস করি।যেগ্রামের জীবন থেকে শহরের জীবনে
অনেক সুবিধা আছে। তবে শহরের মানুষের চেয়ে গ্রামের মানুষ বেশি আন্তরিক।
আলিম: এটা সত্যি। গ্রামের মানুষ একে অপরের বিপদে
পাশে দাঁড়ায়। তারাপ্রকৃতির সাথে মিলেমিশে থাকে। এখানকার বাতাস তাজা এবং
বিশুদ্ধ। আর এখানকার পরিবেশ দূষণমুক্ত। চারিদিকে সবুজ আর সবুজ প্রকৃতি। গ্রামের
দিকে যেদিকে তাকাবে প্রকৃতির অপরূপ সৌন্দর্য দেখতে পাবে!
সেলিম: এটা একটা ভালো কথা। শহরে সবকিছু সহজলভ্য হলেও
চারিদিকে দূষণ। এছাড়া আবাসিক এলাকায় পচা ড্রেনের দুর্গন্ধ রয়েছে।
আলিম: ঠিক। গ্রামে আমাদের পানি দূষণ, বায়ু দূষণ এবং
শব্দ দূষণের মুখোমুখি হতে হয় না।
সেলিম: তুমি ঠিক বলেছ। দূষণ শহরের জীবনযাত্রার একটি বড় সমস্যা। তবে
ব্যক্তিগতভাবে আমি শহরের কোলাহল পছন্দ করি।
আলিম: আমাকে শহর জীবনের সুবিধা-অসুবিধা বলার জন্য তোমাকে
অনেক ধন্যবাদ।
