Aim in life composition
Human life is very short. In this short life, everyone should have a definite aim to make life beautiful and meaningful. A life without an aim is indeed like a ship without a rudder. So, at the beginning of life, one should select an aim. A prerequisite for achieving success in life is to select an aim and dream for success. The person who does not dream about life never succeeds in life. So, to make life beautiful, one should select an aim from childhood and keep trying according to that aim.
Student life is the right time to select an aim in life. The aim in life should be selected early in student life or after passing class eight. This is the perfect time to sow seeds. If one can sow good seeds at this time, success is sure of his future life.
Indeed, all don't succeed in life despite having an aim. But one should not give up dreaming and trying. He/she has to keep trying until he/she succeeds in life. If he/she doesn't succeed in life despite trying hard, he/she is not responsible for this. His/her luck is responsible for it. The scholars say that success in life depends on 99% hard work and 1% luck. And that 1% is in the hands of only Allah. He gives to whom He wishes and He does not give to whom He does not wish.
Like others, I have a definite aim in life. My aim in life is teaching i.e. I will become an English teacher after completing my education. There are many problems in the teaching profession in our country. Now talented students don't want to come to this profession because there is no respect in this profession, instead, there is only neglect and contempt. Despite that, I have decided to become an English teacher thinking about the next generation.
Most of the students in our country are weak in English. Actually, the main reason for their weakness in English is that they don't get good English teachers from the beginning of their education. As a result, they remain weak in English throughout their lives. To remove this weakness in English, I will get admitted to Dhaka University in the Department of English after passing HSC. After obtaining honors and a master's degree in English from Dhaka University, I will return to my village exceptionally and join my village high school as an English teacher. Perhaps many people will call me crazy. It doesn't matter to me. There is no alternative to overcoming the weakness of students in English.
According to my aim, after joining my village high school as an English teacher, I will first remove the fear of English from the students. Then I will teach them English in a very easy way. I hope that if my plan is implemented, students will no longer be weak in English.
Finally, it is to say that to fulfill the aim in life, one has to dream. And to make one's dream come true, he/she has to work hard and struggle. If anyone can do this, his/her aim in life will be more likely to be fulfilled. So, I will continue to struggle with hard work and dedication till the end to fulfill the aim of my life.

মানুষের জীবন খুবই সংক্ষিপ্ত। এই সংক্ষিপ্ত জীবনে প্রত্যেকেরই জীবনকে সুন্দর ও অর্থবহ করে তোলার সুনির্দিষ্ট একটি লক্ষ্য থাকা উচিত। এটা সত্য যে উদ্দেশ্যহীন জীবন নঙ্গর ছাড়া নৌকার মত। তাই জীবনের শুরুতেই একটা লক্ষ্য নির্বাচন করা উচিত। জীবনে সফলতা অর্জনের পূর্বশর্ত হল একটি লক্ষ্য নির্বাচন করা এবং সাফল্যের জন্য স্বপ্ন দেখা। যে ব্যক্তি জীবনকে নিয়ে স্বপ্ন দেখে না সে জীবনে কখনো সফল হয় না। তাই জীবনকে সুন্দর করতে শৈশব থেকেই একটি লক্ষ্য নির্বাচন করে সেই লক্ষ্য অনুযায়ী চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে।
ছাত্রজীবন হল জীবনের লক্ষ্য নির্বাচনের উপযুক্ত সময়। জীবনের লক্ষ্য ছাত্রজীবনের প্রথম দিকে বা অষ্টম শ্রেণি পাস করার পর বেছে নিতে হয়। এটি বীজ বপনের উপযুক্ত সময়। এই সময়ে যদি কেউ ভালো বীজ বপন করতে পারে তবে তার ভবিষ্যত জীবনের সাফল্য নিশ্চিত।
এটা সত্য যে লক্ষ্য থাকা সত্ত্বেও সবাই জীবনে সফল হয় না। তবে স্বপ্ন দেখা এবং চেষ্টা করা ছেড়ে দেওয়া উচিত না। জীবনে সফল না হওয়া পর্যন্ত তাকে চেষ্টা চালিয়ে যেতে হবে। কঠোর পরিশ্রম করেও যদি সে জীবনে সফল না হয় তবে এর জন্য সে দায়ী নয়। এর জন্য তার ভাগ্যই দায়ী। পণ্ডিতরা বলেন যে জীবনের সাফল্য ৯৯% কঠোর পরিশ্রম এবং ২% ভাগ্যের উপর নির্ভর করে। আর সেই ১% একমাত্র আল্লাহর হাতে। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা তাকে দেন এবং যাকে চান না তাকে দেন না।
অন্যদের মতো আমারও জীবনের একটি নির্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্য আছে। আমার জীবনের লক্ষ্য হল শিক্ষকতা অর্থাৎ আমি আমার লেখাপড়া শেষ করে একজন ইংরেজি শিক্ষক হব। আমাদের দেশে শিক্ষকতা পেশায় অনেক সমস্যা আছে। এখন মেধাবী ছাত্রছাত্রীরা এ পেশায় আসতে চায় না কারণ এ পেশায় কোনো সম্মান নেই, বরং আছে শুধু অবহেলা আর অবজ্ঞা। তা সত্ত্বেও পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের কথা চিন্তা করে আমি একজন ইংরেজি শিক্ষক হওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি।
আমাদের দেশের অধিকাংশ শিক্ষার্থী ইংরেজিতে দুর্বল। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, ইংরেজিতে তাদের দুর্বলতার প্রধান কারণ হল তারা তাদের লেখাপড়ার শুরু থেকেই ভালো ইংরেজি শিক্ষক পায় না। ফলে সারাজীবন তারা ইংরেজিতে দুর্বল থাকে। ইংরেজিতে এই দুর্বলতা দূর করতে এইচএসসি পাস করে আমি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ইংরেজি বিভাগে ভর্তি হব। ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ইংরেজিতে স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রী অর্জনের পর, আমি ব্যতিক্রমীভাবে আমার গ্রামে ফিরে আসব এবং ইংরেজি শিক্ষক হিসেবে আমার গ্রামের হাই স্কুলে যোগদান করব। হয়তো অনেকেই আমাকে পাগল বলবে। এটা আমার কাছে কোন ব্যাপার না। ছাত্রছাত্রীদের ইংরেজিতে দুর্বলতা কাটাতে এর কোনো বিকল্প নেই।
আমার লক্ষ্য অনুযায়ী, আমার গ্রামের উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ে ইংরেজি শিক্ষক হিসেবে যোগদানের পর আমি প্রথমে শিক্ষার্থীদের মনে ইংরেজি ভীতি দূর করব। এরপর আমি তাদের খুব সহজ উপায়ে ইংরেজি শেখাব। আমি আশা করি আমার পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়িত হলে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা ইংরেজিতে আর দুর্বল থাকবে না।
পরিশেষে বলা যায় যে জীবনের লক্ষ্য পূরণ করতে হলে স্বপ্ন দেখতে হবে। আর স্বপ্নকে সত্যি করতে কঠোর পরিশ্রম এবং সংগ্রাম করতে হবে। যদি কেউ এটি করতে পারে তবে তার জীবনের লক্ষ্য পূরণ হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি থাকবে। তাই জীবনের লক্ষ্য পূরণের জন্য আমি শেষ পর্যন্ত কঠোর পরিশ্রম ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে সংগ্রাম চালিয়ে যাব।
