Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission we beg to state that we are the students of your school/college. Our school/college is a renowned school/college in our locality but there is no English language club in our school/college. Actually, the English language club improves the English speaking skills among the students. Most of our students are weak in English, especially in speaking English. If an English language club is set up in our school/college, students will get the opportunity to practise speaking English. As a result, the fear of English among the students will be removed. Besides, they will do well in the viva board and get good jobs easily in the competitive world. So, it is very urgent to set up an English language club in our school/college immediately.
We, therefore, pray and
hope that you would be kind enough to set up an English language club in our school/college and oblige thereby.

যথাযথ সম্মান এবং বিনয়ের সাথে আমরা জানাচ্ছি যে আমরা আপনার স্কুল/কলেজের ছাত্রছাত্রীবৃন্দ। আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ আমাদের এলাকার একটি বিখ্যাত স্কুল/কলেজ কিন্তু আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে কোন ইংরেজি ভাষা ক্লাব নেই। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, ইংরেজি ভাষা ক্লাব ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মধ্যে ইংরেজি বলার দক্ষতা উন্নত করে। আমাদের বেশিরভাগ শিক্ষার্থী ইংরেজিতে দুর্বল, বিশেষ করে ইংরেজি বলার ক্ষেত্রে। যদি আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে একটি ইংরেজি ভাষা ক্লাব স্থাপন করা হয় তাহলে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা ইংরেজিতে কথা বলা অনুশীলন করার সুযোগ পাবে। ফলে ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মধ্যে ইংরেজি নিয়ে ভীতি দূর হবে।এছাড়া তারা ভাইভা বোর্ডে ভালো করবে এবং প্রতিযোগিতামূলক বিশ্বে সহজেই ভালো চাকরি পাবে। তাই অবিলম্বে আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে একটি ইংরেজি ভাষা ক্লাব স্থাপন করা খুবই জরুরি।
অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি যে আপনি আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজে একটি ইংরেজি ভাষা ক্লাব স্থাপন করার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন এবং আমাদের বাধিত করবেন।
