So, today I am writing to tell you about the choice of my career. After completing my education, I want to become a cancer specialist doctor because I want to spend my whole life serving patients. আমি গত রবিবার তোমার নিকট থেকে একটি ইমেল পেয়েছিলাম। ঐ ইমেইলে তুমি আমার নিকট থেকে আমার ক্যারিয়ারের পছন্দ সম্পর্কে জানতে চেয়েছিলে। কয়েকদিন ধরে আমি খুব ব্যস্ত ছিলাম। তাই আমি তোমার ইমেইলের উত্তর দিতে পারিনি। তাই, আজ আমি আমার ক্যারিয়ারের পছন্দের কথা জানিয়ে তোমাকে লিখছি। আমার শিক্ষাজীবন শেষ করার পর, আমি একজন ক্যান্সার বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তার হতে চাই কারণ আমি আমার সারা জীবন রোগীদের সেবা করতে চাই। বর্তমানে মানুষের চেয়ে রোগ বেশি। আর রোগগুলো খুবই মারাত্মক। ক্যান্সার তার মধ্যে এমন একটি মারাত্মক রোগ যার কোন প্রতিষেধক এখনো আবিষ্কৃত হয়নি। এছাড়া ক্যান্সার চিকিৎসার জন্য আমাদের দেশে তেমন কোন বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসক নেই। তাই আমি ভেবেছি এমবিবিএস পাস করার পর আমি ক্যান্সারের চিকিৎসায় উচ্চতর ডিগ্রি অর্জন করব কারণ ক্যান্সারের সঠিক চিকিৎসার অভাবে প্রতি বছর অনেক লোক মারা যায়। এটা সত্য যে ক্যান্সারের কোন প্রতিকার নেই। তবে, যদি ক্যান্সার প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্ণয় করা যায় এবং সঠিকভাবে চিকিত্সা করা যায় তাহলে বেশিরভাগ ক্যান্সার রোগী নিরাময় করা যেতে পারে। তাই আমি একজন ক্যান্সার বিশেষজ্ঞ ডাক্তার হওয়ার এবং এই ক্যান্সার রোগীদের যথাযথ চিকিৎসা দিয়ে সেবা করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি। সুতরাং ক্যান্সার চিকিৎসাই হবে আমার ক্যারিয়ারের একমাত্র পছন্দ।
