Once a lion lived in a
forest. One day, he was sleeping in a cave. A mouse was playing nearby.
Suddenly, the mouse jumped on the face of the sleeping lion in the cave without
realizing anything. This woke up the lion and the lion became very angry. Then
the lion was ready to kill the mouse angrily. The mouse saw the anger of the
lion and confessed its guilt to him and said, "Oh king of the forest! I am
a small animal. You are bigger than I. I have made a great
mistake without knowing. Please forgive me. I will help you later in your danger." Hearing
this, the lion smiled and said, "You are a small animal. How can you help
me?" However, the lion took pity on the mouse that day and allowed him to
go. After some days, one night, the mouse was playing in its mind just like
before. Suddenly, it heard a lion roaring nearby and went to see the lion.
Going to the lion, it saw that the lion was caught in a hunting net. The mouse
recognized the lion and started cutting the net without any delay. Once
the mouse cut all the nets step by step and freed the lion from danger. The
lion became danger-free and said, "You have saved me. Thank you for saving
me. But who are you, brother?" In response to the lion's question,
the mouse said, "I am that little mouse whose life you begged. Then the
lion expressed gratitude to the mouse. In reply, the mouse said,
"Even the smallest creatures can be of great help to giants.”
